I hate working out and when I do I want it to be quick and see quick results. I have downloaded other workout apps but this is by far the best. I can choose how much time I work on this part of my body. Within a few seconds you start to feel the burn and if you stick to it everyday you will definitely see results quickly.

The only thing missing is a chime to signal the end of the exercise. Other than that, I love it!

This app helps alot.! I usually do either 5 or 10 mins after 30 mins on the treadmill & thats usually my workout for the day.! & ill add a core workout for a lil added extra.!

Makes workouts so fast and easy. I hate working out but this app makes it too easy to pass up. I play some music and work out some mornings before I shower. You can pick a 5, 8, or 10 minute workout. I have all the other versions for abs, legs, arms, etc. and usually pick 2 each morning and try to work out for 10+ mins total. I always end up doing more because its so easy.

I wish it would switch the workout a little. Gets and not as effective doing the same moves everyday.
This app is painful in a good way tho it has options were you can switch the workout if its too hard and this app really works and it deserves to be praised

I love the different time options. It can be just the right length for my day! Its also very effective for amount of time I put in!
Im not great at execution (yet) but with just 10 minutes a day it is getting easier and I can feel and see progress in toning up. 10 minutes is easy to say "yeah, Ive got time to workout" even when Im busy. Often once Ive started I have time to stack this with other 10 minute sessions on Arm Workout and Ab Workout, even though a 30-minute commitment at the start would have left me procrastinating on the sofa.
