I really like this App, its good structured and easy to understand
I love the entire chain of these apps! from the ab workout to cardio!! OMG!! i would recomend this to ANYONE! PURCHASE ASAP!
I have all of these and they make it easy for me to get atleast a bit of cario and weight training in each day! Obviously a healthy lifestyle requires more but i love how these lead me through different workouts! So great!
Along with the daily ab workout app, this is one of my favs! I just purchased the full version too and enjoying it :)
I just finished this workout and Im sweating! The length of each workout is great and makes your workout fly by! GreAt for in the morning to get you pumped for the day :)
These apps are amazing !!! The best way to start adding exercise by training is to start by this method. The exercises in these apps are changing my life. Thank you very much for putting it together. I do plan on purchasing the full version! My only ? Is that I can not sign up for daily emails due to the fact you only accept us zip codes ???is this something that will change ? And will it effect my full use of the full version app ?

Some bad moments

Riddled with obnoxious ads, that are not shown in the preview screenshots … and a disturbing privacy policy to say the least. Dont download!
These exercises are great to work out these muscles BUT there is no such thing as spot reduction so doing these exercises for five mins a day will not get you the results you may have been led to believe you wld get. You must do cardio to lower your body fat and adjust your eating habits.
Makes workouts so fast and easy. I hate working out but this app makes it too easy to pass up. I play some music and work out some mornings before I shower. You can pick a 5, 8, or 10 minute workout. I have all the other versions for abs, legs, arms, etc. and usually pick 2 each morning and try to work out for 10+ mins total. I always end up doing more because its so easy.
Simple, effective and easy to use. You can play your music while using it. Great for a time-crunch workout.
I wish it would switch the workout a little. Gets and not as effective doing the same moves everyday.
This app is painful in a good way tho it has options were you can switch the workout if its too hard and this app really works and it deserves to be praised
